Encubay, a global network dedicated to advancing women in entrepreneurship and investing, successfully wrapped up its Global Immersion Week 2024 (EGIW24’) from October 13th to 17th. Hosted during GITEX Global Week, this flagship event connected industry leaders, investors, and emerging startups to foster innovation and growth in the UAE and India.
EGIW24’ featured high-profile speakers, including Archana Jahagirdar, venture capitalist and founder of Rukam Capital; Sana Sajan, Director of Danube Group; and Mona Ataya, co-founder of Bayt.com, among others, who shared strategies for scaling businesses and empowering women founders. These industry experts offered invaluable insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and cross-border collaboration, creating a week filled with mentorship, growth, and networking opportunities.
Encubay’s mission of “Scale, Raise, Go Global” was brought to life through collaborative sessions, networking events, and startup pitch showcases that fostered partnerships between female founders and investors. These sessions gave five high-potential startups a unique platform to pitch to global investors, refine strategies, and build strategic partnerships within the MENA region. The week’s events spotlighted the relentless potential of women entrepreneurs, providing a growth springboard through high-caliber networking.
