Oman Launches $124 Million In New Treasury Bills With Yields Above 4%

The Sultanate of Oman has issued OMR 48 million ($124 million) in treasury bills, featuring competitive yields exceeding 4%. The Ministry of Finance released the bills in two tranches: an OMR 33 million tranche, maturing in 91 days with a yield of 4.1236% and an average accepted price of OMR 98.866 per OMR 100, and an OMR 15 million tranche, maturing in 28 days with a yield of 4.59914% and an average price of OMR 99.685 per OMR 100.

The Central Bank of Oman serves as the issuance manager for these government-backed securities, providing short-term liquidity options in the domestic market.
