Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan Inaugurates Abu Dhabi’s Premier Jewellery & Watch Show

His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, officially launched the 31st edition of the Jewellery & Watch Show Abu Dhabi (JWS) at the ADNEC Centre on November 13. During his visit, His Excellency toured the exhibition, engaging with key exhibitors, exploring the various pavilions, and discovering the latest trends and designs in the jewellery and watch sectors.

He also dedicated time to interact with participants in the Jewellery Design Workshop, which was organized for members of the People of Determination community. The workshop, led by acclaimed Emirati designer Azza Al Qubaisi, was conducted in collaboration with the Institute for Inclusion and Accessibility (FIA).

Attracting more than 120 top jewellery brands from 16 countries, including the UAE, Italy, Lebanon, India, Bahrain, China, Singapore, Qatar, Turkey, and Kuwait, the five-day event is set to draw over 7,000 visitors, offering them a chance to explore a vast array of local, regional, and international jewellery collections, highlighting the finest in design and craftsmanship.

The show also features renowned international names like FerrariFirenze, Hia Exports, Jawhara Jewellery, Jewel Palate, La Marquise, Luxury Gems and Diamond Trading, Renee Jewellers, Rosella Jewellery by Taiba, and Sunita Shekhawat – Jaipur, among others.

This year’s event also introduces a Jewellery Design Workshops and Talk series, designed to provide jewellery designers, enthusiasts, and industry professionals with the latest trends, techniques, and insights into the world of design. It is open to all and free to attend. The workshops offer participants the chance to learn directly from experts to gain knowledge on emerging design methods. Lastly, visitors can expect to see more emerging jewellery designers at the Ebda’a Awards headed by Azza Al Qubaisi
