The 30th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is set to kick off from December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, promising the city’s biggest and most unforgettable celebration yet. Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s DSF will feature 38 consecutive days of non-stop festivities, offering a series of events and activities that are sure to create lasting memories for everyone. Dubai Shopping Festival Opening Weekend – Concerts at Coca-Cola Arena
The Festival will light up Dubai on December 6 and 8 with incredible performances by Georges Wassouf and Kadim Al Sahir. Adding to the excitement in Dubai shopping Festival, Coke Studio Live is also lined up. With tickets now on sale and selling fast, music lovers are encouraged to secure their seats early for an unforgettable opening weekend.
Family Carnival & Entertainment at City Walk
Happening from December 6 to 8, City Walk will be the hub of family-friendly fun, featuring carnival-themed activities, immersive workshops, and roaming entertainment. This celebration will run daily from 12 pm to late evening, offering an atmosphere brimming with fun for all ages.
DSF Daily Fireworks at Dubai Festival City Mall and Hatta
From December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, the Al Zarooni Group will light up the sky with spectacular fireworks at Dubai Festival City Mall every evening at 9:15 pm. Additionally, Hatta will host the same every Friday and Saturday at 8 pm.
DSF Twice-Daily Drone Show at Bluewaters Island and The Beach, JBR
From December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, the Dubai skies will come alive with a twice-daily drone show, presented by Emarat, at 8 pm and 10 pm. Featuring 1,000 drones, these performances will celebrate Dubai’s past, present, and future. From December 6 to 26, the show’s theme will pay tribute to 30 years of iconic DSF moments.
Dubai Lights
Running from December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, Dubai Lights will transform the city with immersive light installations designed by renowned international artists. This artistic spectacle will illuminate key locations across the city, including Bluewaters Island, Palm Nakheel Mall, Palm West Beach, Al Seef, Dubai Design District, Al Marmoom, Kite Beach, Hatta, and City Walk.
DSF Nights at Dubai Festival City Mall
From December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, Festival Bay at Dubai Festival City Mall will come alive with free-to-attend Saturday night concerts featuring top Arab stars. Ahmed Saad will perform on December 6, and Shamma Hamdan will take the stage on December 7. Retail pop-ups, trendy dining options, and the spectacular IMAGINE show — which includes awe-inspiring fireworks — will add to the excitement. Families can also enjoy meet-and-greets with beloved characters Modesh and Dana, as well as a dazzling performance by the Pluma Circus. Shoppers will have the chance to win AED10000 in the DSF Modesh & Blue Rewards Millionaire raffle.
X Factor Live Show at Dubai Festival City Mall
Every Sunday from December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, the iconic X Factor live show will bring electrifying talent and unforgettable performances to DSF Nights at Dubai Festival City Mall. The show, in partnership with Dubai TV, will feature star-studded judges including Ragheb Alama, Rahma Riad, and Fayez AlSaeed. The competition will run from 10:30 pm to 1:00 am and is sure to showcase jaw-dropping talent.
DSF x Hatta
From December 6, 2024, to January 5, 2025, Hatta Wadi Hub will host light displays, live music performances, outdoor experiences, and dazzling fireworks on weekends. Visitors can enjoy free entry from 12 pm to 12 am on weekends and from 4 pm to 10 pm on weekdays.
Thirty Seconds to Mars Concert
On December 12, 2024, legendary rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars will perform at Coca-Cola Arena. Fans can expect an electrifying experience, with tickets starting at AED 295. Tickets are available now on the Coca-Cola Arena website.
Winter City
From December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, Expo City Dubai will host Winter City at Al Wasl Plaza, where visitors can enjoy festive fun with Mrs. Claus, including sorting the naughty and nice list, decorating cookies, and creating holiday crafts. The Winter City will be open daily from 2 pm to 10 pm, with tickets priced at AED40 online and AED50 at the box office.
Dubai Racing Carnival
Starting December 6, 2024, the Dubai Racing Carnival will return for its 2024-2025 season at Meydan Racecourse. This prestigious event will feature thrilling horse races, world-class live entertainment, and five-star dining, every Friday.
DSF Visa DIB Millionaire
From December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, shoppers who spend AED500 with a Dubai Islamic Bank Visa Debit or Credit Card at participating DSF stores will be entered into a draw to win 1 million dirhams. There is no limit to the number of entries.
