UAE: Sharjah Ramadan Festival 2025 Kicks Off

The UAE is gearing up for the most awaited time of the year, Ramadan 2025. With celebrations across the region, another eventful edition is the 35th Sharjah Ramadan Festival 2025 which has kicked off and will run till March 31, 2025, in majorly all cities and regions of the emirate, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).

What can you expect?

During this time, residents and tourists alike can expect splashes of offers in major shopping centres, retail outlets, and homegrown businesses as well. More so, this year’s edition also introduces the chance to win valuable prizes and giveaways offered by various malls and retail outlets.

Step into Al Liyah Ramadan market

The Al Liyah Ramadan Market brings to life the rich showcase of UAE’s culture and craftsmanship. If you’re interested in some aesthetic shopping, you can find an array of traditional attire, handicrafts, local delicacies, household goods, and other exhibits as well.

Activities for family and kids

The festival offers a lively shopping experience with competitions and family-friendly activities. One of the main attractions is the “Little Master Chef” contest, where children and young talents will showcase their cooking skills from March 14 to 16 at 06 Mall. Additionally, there will be workshops for children to create Ramadan-themed crafts, along with various entertainment events, bazaars, and food festivals held at shopping malls to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan.

The Night Exhibition

This year’s Sharjah Ramadan Festival will include the opening of the “Ramadan Nights” exhibition at Expo Centre Sharjah on March 6. The exhibition is a major highlight, featuring over 200 exhibitors, including top retailers and 500 local and international brands.

Cultural, Entertainment Programmes

The Ramadan Nights will offer a variety of cultural and entertainment programs for visitors of all ages. The Heritage Village will feature traditional activities that celebrate the spirit of Ramadan, showcasing Emirati and Islamic customs through folk art performances, cultural competitions, and other heritage-focused events.
