Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is participating as a Strategic Partner in ‘Dubai AI Week’, an event held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Organised by the Dubai Future Foundation and the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, the forum will take place from April 21st to 25th, 2025.
DEWA is showcasing its key AI initiatives and projects, highlighting the significant progress in integrating these technologies into the generation, transmission and distribution of energy and water networks, thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity.

DEWA proactively enhances the readiness of its digital services by employing the latest emerging technologies such as AI and computer-using agents. During its participation in Dubai AI Week, DEWA is showcasing key AI projects, including: AI in Distribution Power, Material Insights Agent, Billing Services AI Specialist, BRD Generator, Customer Happiness AI, Khadamatech Portal for Staff, AI-powered HR Agent, Legislation Agent, and LinkedIn Learning AI Agent for Employee Development.
