Saudi fintech company, barq, has made significant strides on the first day of the 24 Fintech conference by signing multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at enhancing service quality and customer experience. These partnerships span various industries, reflecting barq’s commitment to aligning its services with customer expectations in the fast-evolving fintech landscape.

Among the key agreements, barq signed an MoU with Ollkom Group, aimed at improving customer experience. The agreement was signed by Saad Al-Muhana, Chief Business Officer of barq, and Abdullah Al-Addad, Managing Director at Ollkom Group.

In a move to bolster service quality, barq also entered into an MoU with Google Cloud Infrastructure. This partnership was formalized by Al-Muhanna and Badar Al-Madi, Director of Google Cloud Saudi Arabia. Additionally, barq established a strategic agreement with Arab National Bank to elevate its service standards further.


These partnerships are set to strengthen barq’s collaborations with various companies and digital payment providers, enabling the company to meet the growing demand for innovative financial solutions. Through these collaborations, barq aims to offer a seamless customer experience and expand its service offerings, particularly in the realm of international transactions.
