Dubai-based property developer Binghatti has announced the opening of Binghatti Royale, a new residential complex in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) that will cost $600 million (AED 2.2 billion) and is slated to be completed in the first half of 2025.
Increased investor demand for Binghatti developments in the area—some even selling out in less than a day—fuelled by healthy demand.
This mega real estate Dubai project will include three hundred fifty-four residential units, comprising flats with one, two, and three bedrooms. In addition, 16 retail spaces will be available across 47 floors.
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of Binghatti Royale in Jumeirah Village Circle. The rapid sell-out of our recent projects highlights the market’s substantial demand for our projects in the area, and we are pleased to introduce our latest creation to meet this demand for premium residences,” said Binghatti Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti.
