Hours before Apple’s flagship iPhone 16 series makes its international debut at the company’s ‘It’s Glowtime’ event, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has revealed the price of the iPhone 16 Pro. In an X post, Gurman detailed that the iPhone 16 Pro will start at $999, similar to the price of the iPhone 15 Pro in 2023. The iPhone 16 will boast a range of AI features and the A18 chipset.
I expect the touch sensitive camera button to be on all iPhone 16 models tomorrow. The slimmer bezels on the Pro line are noticeable, as are battery life improvements. I don’t expect the Pro entry price to be raised from $999. Big focus will be on AI & A18 chip across the board.

Rumors and speculations reveal that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are expected to offer a larger 6.3-inch (up from 6.1-inch) and 6.9-inch (up from 6.7-inch) display than their predecessors. In fact, Apple is rumored to be using a new Border Reduction Structure (BRS) technology for the iPhone 16 Pro models, resulting in the thinest bezels ever seen on a smartphone to date. To supplement conjecture online, a recent Trendforce report suggests that the iPhone 16 Pro series storage breakdown will begin with a 256GB variant. Additionally, tech enthusiasts are eager to confirm rumors about the introduction of a 5x optical zoom telephoto camera (compared to last year’s 3x zoom).
