Lando Norris and Max Verstappen were fighting to take the center stage, but surprisingly, both title contenders didn’t end up on the podium. Norris’ teammate Piastri managed to grab the center stage and his second career win in the Grand Prix.

McLaren managed to take the lead in the constructors’ championship after their driver took home the number one spot in the race to overtake Red Bull at Baku City Circuit. This is the first time since May 2022 that Red Bull has fallen from the top of the rankings.

This was one of the most exciting races during this season, as Mclaren’s Piastri and Charles Leclerc from Ferrari were fighting for the win. Norris kept calm as he climbed from 15th to finish in the fourth spot to keep his world title hopes alive.

This drama can only promise much more excitement on Sunday, September 22, in Singapore as we wait to see more unfold on the Marina Bay Street Circuit.
