Egyptian President Urges Immediate Ceasefire In Lebanon And Gaza

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has called for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in both Lebanon and Gaza, reaffirming Egypt’s full solidarity with Lebanon amid escalating tensions. In a phone call with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, El-Sisi emphasized the importance of safeguarding Lebanon’s security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

The Egyptian President voiced his deep concern over Israel’s continued aggression against Lebanon, warning that the conflict could escalate further if the international community does not act swiftly to stop the violence.

In a humanitarian move, El-Sisi also ordered the urgent dispatch of medical and relief aid to Lebanon, underscoring Egypt’s commitment to providing assistance during the crisis.
