A Strong Commitment to Education
The UAE’s commitment to advancing its education system has been reflected in various initiatives, including its smart education system, implemented since 2012, which played a vital role in ensuring continuous learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The country has also ranked first globally in several educational indicators related to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 4.
In addition to domestic initiatives, the UAE has extended its support for education internationally, contributing millions to global education programs and helping to build schools and train teachers across the globe.
On the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, authorities like Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) also called on parents to express their gratitude, sharing certificates and social media posts celebrating teachers’ unwavering dedication.
