Dubai-based real estate developer HRE Development has committed AED30 million to Dubai Cares with the launch of of its new property, the ‘Skyhills Astra’ project. The initiative aims to empower children and the youth globally with education. Dubai Cares is a part of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), to support the education of children and youth in developing countries.
