Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (IHCL), in collaboration with BNW Developments, has launched Taj Wellington Mews on Al Marjan Island.

The project witnessed a record-breaking start, with 97 units reserved within the first 24 hours of launch — a milestone that places it among the fastest-selling luxury real estate offerings in the UAE.

The launch event, held at Dubai World Trade Center, brought together key figures from the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Hosted by Dubai Bling star and media personality Kris Fade, the evening featured a special performance by comedian Kenny Sebastian and welcomed more than 60 elite broker agencies alongside top industry experts. The unveiling of the project was led by BNW Developments Chairman and Founder Ankur Aggarwal and Co-founder Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi.

“This collaboration with Taj is the architectural articulation of BNW’s long-term vision,” said Aggarwal. “We are not in the business of building structures but in the pursuit of crafting legacies.”

Dr. Oberoi highlighted Ras Al Khaimah’s rise as a luxury hotspot: “With Taj Wellington Mews, we are curating an experience that embodies the very essence of timeless hospitality. This partnership with Taj allows us to infuse BNW’s design-forward philosophy with a legacy of Indian warmth and global distinction.”

The development features 342 ultra-luxury units, including a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with six retail spaces. Architecturally, the project is defined by two curved towers atop a circular podium — a distinctive addition to the Al Marjan Island skyline. Designed with a focus on curated landscaping, sculpted balconies, and refined detail, the project embodies a blend of heritage and innovation.

Ras Al Khaimah’s growing appeal is further supported by major global investments — such as Wynn Resorts’ entry — and promising rental returns estimated between 8–14%. The region’s positioning as a high-yield investment destination adds further weight to the project’s early success.

Taj Wellington Mews marks IHCL’s expanding international presence and BNW Developments’ commitment to setting new benchmarks in high-end real estate. As both companies signal more collaborative projects on the horizon, this launch signals the beginning of a new era in luxury living where heritage, hospitality, and design intersect.
