In a tragic turn of events, a boat caught fire in Dubai’s Harbour area on December 29 early in the morning, according to Dubai Civil Defense. However, the incident was quickly brought under control by the responding teams.
No injuries were reported in the blaze. The Dubai Civil Defence Operations Room received the alarm at 11.50 AM and dispatched the Dubai Harbour Fire Station as the first responder, with teams arriving at the scene in just three minutes.
Once the cooling operations were completed, the site was handed over to the relevant authorities, in line with standard procedures. The fire was brought under control by 12.24 PM, and the cooling phase began to ensure the area was safe. Civil Defense teams worked diligently to secure the scene.
