His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, is set to arrive in New Delhi on Tuesday for a state visit aimed at advancing the UAE–India strategic partnership.
Leading a high-level UAE delegation, Sheikh Hamdan—who also serves as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence—will engage in talks with senior Indian officials to expand cooperation across a range of key sectors.
Prime Minister Modi will host a working lunch in honor of the Crown Prince. Sheikh Hamdan is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
The discussions are expected to focus on deepening ties in trade, technology, defence, energy, and cultural exchange. Both sides are expected to explore new areas of collaboration, with a particular emphasis on fostering long-term partnerships that deliver shared economic and developmental gains.
The visit reflects the UAE’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with India, a key strategic and economic partner. It also highlights the two nations’ growing alignment on global issues and shared goals for regional stability, innovation, and sustainable growth.
This state visit is expected to result in several new agreements and initiatives aimed at propelling UAE–India cooperation to new heights.
