January and February mark the peak season in the UAE for events and concerts, thanks to the region’s pleasant climate, which also boosts tourism and activities. Every weekend, there’s something exciting to look forward to in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or other Emirates.
The most recent highlight was the Coldplay Abu Dhabi Concert 2025, which saw scores of people rushing to ticketing websites in an attempt to secure their spots. However, many took to social media to share that they lost money while trying to purchase tickets from unverified websites.
Now, a similar concern is surfacing online, targeting residents with false claims about a Bruno Mars 2025 Concert in Dubai, which has not been officially announced or confirmed anywhere.
Radhika, a UAE resident, said, “I just saved myself from buying fake concert tickets. A few minutes ago, I got an advertisement on Instagram for a Bruno Mars concert. Being a huge fan of his music, I clicked it right away. The company selling the tickets seemed a bit fishy, so I did further investigation and found out that there is no Middle East or Asia tour on his official website.”

She further mentioned that many who have been trying to grab these tickets raised similar concerns on Reddit. “I just bought 2 tickets last night. Then later I asked my friend and she told me it seemed a scam,” wrote a user on the platform.
Several others also highlighted the website and mentioned that no such event has been updated on Bruno Mars’ official website. The tickets mentioned are priced at AED399 with a quote that reads, “Ticket sales are final and non-refundable.”

Those who purchased tickets have shared on Reddit that they have reported the issue to their banks. While an official announcement about the concert is yet to be made, it is advisable to verify details before making any payments like these.
