The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) announced three major transactions today involving Al Ansari Financial Services and Ajman Bank, amounting to a total of AED38.6 million ($10.51 million) and encompassing 35 million shares.

The largest trade involved 29.1 million shares of Al Ansari Financial Services, valued at AED28.5 million, with each share traded at AED0.97 in a single transaction. The second significant trade included 5.95 million shares of Ajman Bank, totaling AED10.17 million, with each share priced at AED1.71, executed through two separate trades.

DFM clarified that these large direct transactions occur outside the regular order book, ensuring that they do not influence the daily closing prices, the main price index, or the highest and lowest recorded prices of the shares during the session and across the past 52 weeks. This mechanism provides liquidity for substantial trades without disrupting regular market performance.
