Dubai Government Employees To Receive AED277 Million Performance Bonus

Civilian employees of the Dubai Government are set to receive a performance bonus, as announced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, on March 21, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

He has approved the distribution of performance-based bonuses totaling AED277 million for civilian employees of Dubai Government entities. This bonus will be granted to qualifying employees based on specified criteria.

“To the Dubai Government team, your dedication and commitment have been key to Dubai’s success, constantly raising excellence in government service. We are confident that with your efforts, Dubai will continue to rise on the global stage,” Sheikh Hamdan wrote on X.
