Keolis-MHI, the operator of the Dubai Metro and Tram, is the strategic partner for the anniversary plans to make this event memorable for the times to come.

Few of the campaign partners include LEGO Middle East, LEGOLAND Dubai, IGLOO, Al Jaber Gallery, and Emirates Post, each contributing to a festive programme that spans several activities.

A major highlight of the event will be the issuance of limited-edition post stamps by Emirates Post, celebrating the metro’s 15-year journey. These stamps will be a coveted addition for collectors.

A special edition nol card, featuring a unique design created in collaboration with LEGO Middle East, adding a collectible touch to the event is being issued by The RTA to mark this occasion.

A range of metro-themed souvenirs, offering fans a chance to take home a piece of the metro’s history will be showcased at Al Jaber Gallery.

LEGOLAND Dubai is hosting a special event on September 21st for “Metro Babies” — children born on September 9, 2009, and onwards.

Parents can register their children through the RTA’s website for a chance to participate in this celebratory gathering.

Limited-edition ice creams shaped like the Dubai Metro, will be sold during these days.

Among the 5,000 ice creams sold, special codes on the sticks will offer a chance to win one of 5,000 nol Terhaal discount cards.

Adding a dash of music to the festivities with Dubai Metro Music Festival which will run from September 21 to 27, featuring live musical performances at various Metro stations.
