Dubai Police will now provide employees of the UAE Central Bank with the Esaad card, following a memorandum of cooperation signed between the two authorities. The agreement grants Central Bank employees and their families access to exclusive discounts across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, real estate, and more.
Launched in 2018, the Esaad card offers cardholders special privileges and discounts at over 7,200 brands and businesses in the UAE and 92 countries worldwide.

The memorandum was signed by Ihab Al Ameri, Head of the Human Resources Department at the Central Bank, and Mona Al Ameri, Head of the Esaad Card Centre at Dubai Police, in the presence of senior officials from both institutions.
Mona Al Ameri emphasized that the partnership aligns with Dubai Police’s commitment to enhancing happiness and quality of life for employees in government, semi-government, and private sectors. She noted that the Esaad Card Centre aims to promote well-being in line with the UAE’s vision to spread happiness throughout society.
Ihab Al Ameri echoed this sentiment, stating that the Central Bank places employee well-being as a key priority. The collaboration with the Esaad Card Centre, he said, reflects the Central Bank’s dedication to building strong partnerships with local and federal entities, enabling employees to benefit from numerous offers across multiple sectors.
