After a year of piloting the service with global customers, Emirates Courier Express has successfully transported thousands of packages across countries like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK, achieving an impressive average delivery time of under 48 hours.
Lead charge in express delivery sector

Unlike traditional cross-border delivery systems, which follow a hub-and-spoke model with multiple stops, Emirates Courier Express offers direct flights from origin to destination, leveraging the airline’s vast global network.
This reduces transit time and package handling, providing a competitive edge for customers looking to expedite their deliveries. The service is available in multiple service levels, from next-day urgent deliveries to a two-day Premium service, with additional innovative products in the pipeline.
Emirates Courier Express active in seven markets
Currently, Emirates Courier Express is active in seven markets, but the potential for growth is limitless. The service can expand wherever Emirates operates, with plans for future market expansions already underway.
Utilizing Emirates’ fleet of over 250 widebody passenger and freighter aircraft, the service ensures efficient movement of packages worldwide. In collaboration with trusted partners for customs clearance and transportation, Emirates Courier Express offers reliable door-to-door delivery. This integration into the airline’s infrastructure allows the service to manage seasonal fluctuations in volume while keeping costs stable, ensuring customers can plan and budget effectively.
The service also offers tailored solutions for various industries, from fashion and mobile phones to critical medical equipment. The airline’s extensive freight and logistics capabilities, including cool chain capacity, allow for the safe transportation of sensitive products.
