Global Village Expands Its Cultural Horizons with New Pavilions

Global Village, the world’s leading destination, is ready to kick off with a grand opening ceremony this evening. It marks the beginning of the venue’s 29th season, promising an unforgettable experience until May 11. Interestingly, it expands its cultural tapestry with the addition of four new pavilions: Jordan, Iraq, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. This brings the total number of pavilions to 30, representing a mosaic of 90 cultures from around the world.

The opening ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6 PM and will feature back-to-back live performances. Over 3,500 shopping outlets, 250 dining options, an exciting lineup of more than 40,000 shows, 200 thrilling rides, games, and so much more. Not only this, the iconic Floating Market and the Railway Market have undergone some transformations in terms of their dining and themes, to elevate the overall experience.

Any day tickets are priced at AED30, while weekday tickets cost AED25. Weekday tickets are valid from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
