The Light Village 2025 in Sharjah paints an exclusive food, shopping, and entertainment culture for everyone. For kids, there’s a stage that lights up with music and gigs, keeping everyone’s feet tapping. From international flavors to local specialties, the lively bazaar is filled with food finds, making it a must-visit. There’s also a dedicated play zone with a huge outdoor setting for families.

When you enter, there’s a retro lit-up arc, that immediately catches the attention of kids. The smoke fusing out from the two ends makes the experience even better. Alya Al-Suqai, Head of the Media Department at the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, announced that the Light Village will welcome visitors on February 23, featuring participation from over 70 national projects and a diverse entertainment agenda, as per Sharjah 24 report.

The Chairman of the Commerce and Tourism Development Authority emphasized the festival’s significance within the emirate’s broader initiatives, noting that it provides an economic and social opportunity to support small and medium-sized national businesses.

With over 70 local projects participating in the “Village of Lights,” the festival serves as a permanent platform for creators and artists to showcase innovative light and interactive experiences. Each display represents a unique work of art, conveying meaningful stories and impactful messages, reported WAM.

Meanwhile, at SLF, one can try out different types of cuisines. Mainly, the variety revolves around burgers, potato chips, and different types of coffee. There’s a dedicated area where Emirati women are serving hot and freshly fried Luqaimat, delicious Middle Eastern fried mini doughnuts. Overall, the experience can be a calming and relaxing one if you’re planning to visit.
