Dubai’s beloved outdoor attractions are preparing to close for the summer season, with the iconic Dubai Miracle Garden confirming its final day of operations as June 15. The world’s largest flower garden—home to over 150 million blooms across 120 floral varieties—will pause its 13th season after welcoming thousands of visitors since it reopened in October 2024.

The Dubai Miracle Garden is currently open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, with extended hours on weekends until 11pm, offering guests a final window to enjoy its vibrant floral displays before the summer heat sets in.

For those planning a visit, various options are available including ticket bookings, guided tours, and convenient transport routes to the attraction. With only a few weeks left, visitors are encouraged to make the most of this floral haven while it’s still in full bloom.

As the season comes to a close, don’t miss the opportunity to experience the beauty of the Dubai Miracle Garden firsthand.

Global Village to Close in May

Another major seasonal attraction, Global Village, has also announced its closure date for Season 29. The multicultural shopping, food, and entertainment destination will shut its doors on May 11, as revealed in a recent social media post. The venue, which also opened in October 2024, has been a hub for cultural experiences and nightly shows throughout the season.

Before it closes, Global Village is ending its run on a high note with a series of tribute concerts.

Dubai Fountain to Undergo Renovations

Meanwhile, the Dubai Fountain, famed for its captivating choreographed water and light shows, closed for five months of renovations. This temporary closure will also pause the abra boat rides, a popular way to experience the shows up close.

Set on the Burj Khalifa Lake, the Dubai Fountain has long drawn residents and tourists alike with its dazzling displays set to music. Officials say the closure will allow for large-scale upgrades, promising even more spectacular performances when the attraction reopens.

As temperatures continue to rise in the UAE, these seasonal closures reflect a broader trend of suspending outdoor experiences during the summer months. Visitors still looking to explore Dubai’s cultural and entertainment offerings are advised to check schedules in advance and plan accordingly.
