Meraas, a member of the Dubai Holding Real Estate Company, has awarded an AED850 million contract for the construction work of the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island to Dutco Construction Co. LLC.
The construction of this 27-story luxury residential tower will start soon now that marine works are completed on this section of Jumeira Bay Island, Meraas announced on Monday.
The construction contract which Meraas awarded to Dutco follows the AED810 million contract that Nakheel awarded to Jan De Nul Dredging for marine works on Palm Jebel Ali.
These two contracts are among the most significant construction contracts awarded in 2024.
Scheduled to be completed by Q2 2027, this mega project is being designed by world-famous architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and the building embodies Italian contemporary aesthetics. This is Bvlgari’s third project in collaboration with Meraas.
Once completed, Bvlgari Lighthouse will be the epitome of luxury and will comprise four and five-bedroom luxury penthouses.
It will feature a one-of-a-kind eight-bedroom Sky Villa crowning its top three levels, surrounded by expansive private rooftop gardens, outdoor living spaces, a private pool, and stylish lounge areas on either side of the building.
