The Primakov School is named in honor of the late Yevgeny Primakov, a former Russian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. The Moscow-based school is linked to the Russian School in Abu Dhabi, the first Russian school in the UAE, which opened in 2022 in partnership with the Primakov School.
