Ras Al Khaimah Properties announced that the completion rate of the Bay Residence project in Mina Al Arab, which includes 661 apartments distributed over four towers in the “Bay Residence 1” and “Bay Residence 2” phases, has reached 75%.
In Bay Views, a 344-unit residential complex on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab – Ras Al Khaimah’s leading coastal destination – the sub-infrastructure has reached around 70% completion.
As for the Cape Hayat residential project, which includes a group of residential apartments with direct access to the beach, and is located on an area of 22,854 square meters on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, the percentage of completion of the sub-infrastructure has reached 65%.
The project combines elegance, innovation and sustainability, in line with the Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Strategy to enhance energy efficiency and renewable energy 2040 and Burjeel’s green initiatives. The Marbella Villas project is 100% complete, with 90% of the finishing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and external works completed.
