The UAE’s leading real estate developer – DAMAC Properties has launched DAMAC Islands, marking its third and largest master community of the year and the sixth in its overall portfolio. All details about the launch have been revealed, and it looks set to be located in Dubailand, featuring a selection of luxury villas and townhouses, each offering expansive layouts and stunning views. DAMAC Islands promises to immerse residents in a world of tropical-inspired living, celebrating luxury amidst island life.
The official unveiling took place at the Coca-Cola Arena on November 19, with key figures such as Hussain Sajwani, Founder and Chairman of DAMAC Properties, and Amira Sajwani, Managing Director, in attendance, among others.

Ahead of the event, DAMAC had generated buzz with teasers about a new venture called DAMAC Air, leading to speculation about the launch of an airline. However, during the event, Amira Sajwani clarified that DAMAC would not be venturing into aviation. “All the destinations you need will be available in DAMAC Islands,” she explained, adding, “That is the only airline we need, with all destinations just 20 minutes away,” reports Khaleej Times.
The launch followed a month-long campaign, which included a special teaser for DAMAC Air that offered global audiences a chance to win air tickets to their favorite travel spots, and UAE residents were quick to respond.
On social media, DAMAC shared glimpses of the launch, offering a peek into what customers can expect. Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, and Sara Ali Khan graced the event, adding to the excitement. They also featured in the teaser, showcasing what the projects will look like.
