The Annual Investment Forum 2025 in Abu Dhabi witnessed today the launch of “Sustainable City 2.0” in Dubai by “Cee Holding Group,” marking a new phase of smart cities powered by artificial intelligence and carbon neutrality, with a focus on the well-being of residents and quality of life.

Engineer Faris Said, Chairman and CEO of Cee Holding Group, stated that the new city is not a futuristic vision for a distant future but a realistic model based on artificial intelligence technologies and zero net emissions, designed specifically to meet human needs.

The city features smart systems that enhance food security through precision agriculture and vertical farms, in addition to an integrated energy system that includes solar, wind, biogas, and precise hydropower.

The water network is efficiently managed through sensing systems to reduce waste and allow for reuse, and water is generated from the air with leakage detection in real-time.

The entire transportation system relies on autonomous electric vehicles, as well as smart bicycles, buses, and robots for delivery services. The city also features AI-powered educational and healthcare infrastructure, providing proactive and fast services. It includes green areas, energy-harvesting sports tracks, and advanced educational and technological facilities.
