UAE, Norway Forge Stronger Ties After Crown Prince Of Abu Dhabi’s Official Visit

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, met with His Royal Highness Haakon Magnus, Crown Prince of Norway, at the Royal Palace in Oslo on October 7.

The Crown Prince of Norway welcomed the visit of H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the accompanying delegation, wishing the visit success in strengthening bilateral relations to serve the mutual interests of both countries and their friendly peoples.

The UAE and Norway have signed agreements to enhance air transport services and scientific research between the two nations, along with other priority sectors such as renewable energy and infrastructure. The meeting included the announcement of strategic agreements between ADNOC and Masdar from the UAE, and several prominent Norwegian companies.

His Highness Sheikh Khaled also met with a group of CEOs from leading Norwegian firms as part of the UAE-Norway Investment Forum. He emphasized that strengthening collaboration with Norwegian companies in key sectors will create new opportunities for mutual economic growth between the two countries.

To conclude his visit, H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his gratitude to the Crown Prince of Norway for the warm reception extended to him and the accompanying delegation, conveying his best wishes for continued progress, development, and prosperity to the Kingdom of Norway and its people.
