In contrast, the highest temperature of the day reached 25.6°C in Ajman at 1.00 PM UAE Local Time. While these fluctuations highlight the diverse climate experienced across the UAE’s varying landscapes, residents took this as a great reason to escape on a Sunday for a thrilling adventure.

Misreen Mehra, a Sharjah resident, along with her friends, around 10 people, escaped for some trekking, followed by a barbecue, and shared it was just a thrilling experience. She said, “We made this last-minute plan because the temperature was super cold on Saturday night. So, we all decided to leave by 5 AM from Sharjah’s Rolla area and took the time to head to Ras Al Khaimah. We went near Al Hamra Beach and then had the best day. This climate really should last longer. So many pictures, we were freezing, but the barbecue heat was a savior.”

Sunaina, who was also a part of this gathering shared, “It was crazy – these are the best months for weather in the UAE. Why can’t this weather stay like this? I’m praying it lasts at least until Ramadan, as it’s a boon for everyone fasting. We were wearing beanies and hoodies, as if we were in the snow. The wind was so chilly, adding to the perfect atmosphere.”

The mild and calm weather currently experienced in the UAE makes it an ideal time for both residents and visitors to explore the country and enjoy its diverse offerings. It was only a few days ago when the city lightened up with rain and the internet was flooded with glimpses. Some noted that it was the best way to kick start the New Year.
